Yummy filled  peppers
500 grams mixed pork an beef mince1 cup of rice1 big onion,chopped2 cloves of garlic2 tablespoons of tomato puresalt ,pepper4 bell peppers ,any color but i love red ones2 table spoons oil1 teaspoon ground red paprika

500 grams mixed pork an beef mince
1 cup of rice
1 big onion,chopped
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of tomato pure
salt ,pepper
4 bell peppers ,any color but i love red ones
2 table spoons oil
1 teaspoon ground red paprika
Start with sweating chopped onion,crush some garlic and add .Add mince .Use fork to separate it.Season.
Clean peppers.Cut the top of and keep it.take all the seed and soft part from the inside.
Cook rice to your preferable method.
When cooked add to mince mixture .Add tomato pure and ground red paprika
Mix well
Fill the peppers and put them in oven proof dish.Put the lid on and bake 40 mins on 200 Degrees Celsius.
Serve with dollop of sour cream or yogurt
