700 gram Silver Fern venison
2 carrots
2 onions
3 garlic cloves
1 eggplant
Salt.pepper,thyme and some dry oregano
1 TS Apple vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp cornflour
1 fresh tomato
1 red chilli ,deseeded

Yes you have seen right. No marinated of the meat and all steaming yummy in 75 minus.Thank you Silver Ferns .Meat is so lean, already cut in chunks, and when ready it is melting in your mouth.
True foodgazam here.
And preparing is easy as although your guests might think you spend whole day in the kitchen:)
After you have seared the venison pieces, take them out .Cut all the veg and now arrange everything in casserole dish ,lid on.In the oven on 200 Degrees Celsius for 75 minutes.I served mine with rice.Would go well with pasta too.
Bon Apetit!
