Rose Petal Fizz
½ cup lemon juice ¾ cup vodka 2 tbsp grenadine 1 bottle chilled prosecco or 3 cups chilled soda water ice cubes, to serve rose petals, to serve Rose Syrup ¼ cup sugar ¼ cup water 2 tbsp rose water ½ tsp citric acid

To make the Rose Syrup, heat sugar and water in a small pot over medium heat until sugar has dissolved. Mix in rose water and citric acid. Cool, then refrigerate until needed (this can be done up to a week or more in advance).
To make cocktails, mix ¼ cup Rose Syrup with lemon juice, vodka and grenadine in a jug. Add prosecco or soda water and stir to combine. Serve over ice with rose petals to garnish (avoid using sprayed roses).
