Roasted panncetta & pumpkin pasta
Panncetta or baconpumpkinonions or leekslow fat sour creamparsleypasta (I like to use homemade rustic pasta cut into wide strips)*****note a variation is to add chicken as well

Panncetta or bacon
pumpkin
onions or leeks
low fat sour cream
parsley
pasta (I like to use homemade rustic pasta cut into wide strips)


*****note a variation is to add chicken as well
Roast all the veg & bacon until browned & caramalised (add a sprinkle of sugar to help)

toss thru cooked pasta & cream

finish with parsley

dont forget to season as you like it

I have never not had compliments about this meal.

You don't need to add any cheese as the flavour comes from the vegs !
