Old-Fashioned Chocolate Sauce
2 tbsp cornflour 3 tbsp cold water 4 tbsp cocoa 1 cup sugar ½ cup boiling water 2 tbsp golden syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract

Stir together cornflour and cold water in a pot or microwave-proof bowl.
Add all other ingredients and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, or microwave for 5 minutes, stirring every minute. While still hot, pour into
sterilised bottles and seal with lids. Stored in a cool place it will keep for months.
