Mango Passion Topping
1½ cups chilled whipping cream 1 tbsp icing sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ cup passionfruit pulp or syrup flesh of 1 peeled mango or ¼ fresh pineapple, thinly sliced

Whip cream to soft peaks with sugar and vanilla. Fold in ¼ cup passionfruit pulp. Dollop onto pavlova, ice cream or other dessert of your choice, top with sliced fruit and drizzle with the remaining passionfruit pulp.
