2 cups Kefir (or use yoghurt or milk) 2 cups frozen boysenberries (or berries of choice) 3 bananas, sliced and frozen
Put Kefir (or yoghurt/milk) in the blender, and add berries and banana. Blend for 2minutes (or to desired consistency, depending on strength of blender). Pour into glasses. It is easier to drink through straws as it is more of a thickshake type of smoothie... and it's super healthy!
