So simple, but so stunning - a perfect way to end your next dinner party.
400ml strong hot espresso coffee ¼ cup Kahlua, Grand Marnier, Amaretto or other liqueur of choice 4 scoops good-quality vanilla ice cream candied nuts or fruits, to garnish (optional)

Prepare coffee and stir in Kahlua or other liqueur. Scoop ice cream into serving bowls or heat-proof glasses. Serve a small shot of the hot, boozy espresso on the side for each diner to pour over the ice cream. Garnish with chopped candied nuts or fruits, if desired.
