This makes a delicious dipping sauce to serve with any seafood.
1 cup light sour cream 2 tbsp horseradish 1 tsp lemon juice 2 tbsp chopped capers 1 tbsp finely chopped dill, chervil or parsley salt and ground black pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Sauce will keep in a covered container in the fridge for about a week.
Delicious served with Carol's Whitebait Fritters or as a dipping sauce with any seafood.
