Honeyed Oranges

Such a simple way to make the most of an affordable fruit. Prepare these oranges in advance to allow the flavours to develop. If you're making them for kids or non-drinkers, just leave out the sherry or rum.

Hi Annabel! Enjoyed these sweet treats, grand children weren't as keen, all the more for Brian and I! Perhaps you could use lemons as well, I think any citrus would work! We loved them on our porridge, looking forward to seeing your next summer fruit recipes!
