Homemade Tomato Sauce
3 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes 800g can plums, destoned and coarsely crushed ½ cup sugar ¼ cup worcestershire sauce 1 tsp salt 1 tsp fine black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large pot and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Purée or strain. Store in a sterilised jar in the fridge for up to six weeks.
