Herbed Leg Of Lamb with Lemon and Orange
1 leg of lamb (make sure it will fit in your slow cooker. I get the shank end cut off by the butcher)1 lemon 1 orange 4 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped roughly 2 tbsp fresh thyme 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp salt 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper ¼ cup tomato paste ¼ cup of red wine ¼ stock (I use chicken stock)
