Ginger Mule

Ginger Mule is a delicious, lightly spiced cocktail, with an equally delicious non-alcoholic version!

Ginger Mule
4 cups ginger ale ¾ cup orange juice 1½ cups dark rum ⅓-½ cup lime juice, to taste 3 tbsp shredded fresh ginger a handful of mint leaves, torn (optional) ½-1 cup green ginger wine (optional)

  • 4 cups ginger ale
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • 1½ cups dark rum
  • ⅓-½ cup lime juice, to taste
  • 3 tbsp shredded fresh ginger
  • a handful of mint leaves, torn (optional)
  • ½-1 cup green ginger wine (optional)

Mix all ingredients except fresh ginger in a large jug. Divide ginger between 6 glasses, then top with ice and the Ginger Mule.

To make a non-alcoholic version, replace the rum with iced tea and omit the green ginger wine.
