1 cup oats 3/4 cup rice milk 2T vanilla protein powder 1T LSA 1T psyllium husk 1T chia seeds 1T dark chocolate chips 5 dates (finely diced) 1T cranberries 1T sultanas 1T honey 2T GF flour A little dessicated coconut.
1. Place oats in bowl and pour on milk. 2. Add in all extra ingredients and combine together. 3. Using cold wet hands, divide the mixture into 12 and roll into balls. 4. Put coconut on a plate and roll the balls in it. 5. Refrigerate until cold.
