100g of butter with salt

100g powdered sugar

2 tablespoons yellow sugar

1 egg

100g of oat flakes

1 tablespoon flour

Preheat the oven to 170ºC, with ventilation.

In a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar to be well mixed. Melt the butter, then melt the oat flakes together. There is this mixture for the egg and wrap well.

Finally, add the flour and wrap. In a tray lined with parchment paper, make 1 teaspoon heap, with the back of the spoon evenly spreading the dough. Keep in mind that the biscuits grow, due to the creation of a space between them.

Bring to oven until the edges are golden and the center of the wafer is not visible on the mole.

Paperless cooling, on a cold surface for about 5 minutes. Then, with the help of a specimen, he is transferred to a net so that the defendants are completely impregnated with airtight vials.

These biscuits are very light and thin, a real temptation!
