100g of butter with salt

100g powdered sugar

2 tablespoons yellow sugar

1 egg

100g of oat flakes

1 tablespoon flour
Preheat the oven to 170ºC, with ventilation.

In a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar until well blended. Melt the butter, then melted the oat flakes together. Add this mixture to the egg mixture and wrap well.

Finally, add the flour and wrap. In a tray lined with parchment paper, make morsels with 1 teaspoon, with the back of the spoon evenly spread the dough. Keep in mind that the wafers grow, so you should leave some space between them.

Bake until the edges are golden and the center of the wafer does not appear to be soft.

Let cool on paper, on a cold surface for about 5 minutes. Then with the help of a spatula transfer to a net to cool completely before putting in hermetically sealed jars.

These biscuits are very light and thin, a real temptation!
