3 chicken breasts, cut into chunks1 tablespoon of oil1 can of coconut milk1 cup chicken stocka dash or 2 of fish sauce1 cup diced carrots1 cup chopped celery1 cup frozen beans1 1/2 tablespoons curry powder1 tablespoon grated ginger1 chilli, finely chopped1/4 cup coriander, roughly choppedsalt to taste
