Cilantro Rice

Cilantro Rice
1 -1/2 cup long grain rice and soak in water for 15 minscoriander leaves 3 bunchGreen chilli 2 fOlive oil/ butterCumin seed 1 tspCinnamon stick 1 inch Clove 2 Coriander powder 1 tspBlack Pepper powderSalt to taste1 onion finely chopped4 garlic cloves choppedCarrot CapsicumGreen peasCauliflower floretsWater 3 cups

1 -1/2 cup long grain rice and soak in water for 15 mins
coriander leaves 3 bunch
Green chilli 2 f
Olive oil/ butter
Cumin seed 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick 1 inch
Clove 2
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Black Pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 onion finely chopped
4 garlic cloves chopped
Carrot
Capsicum
Green peas
Cauliflower florets
Water 3 cups
Blend coriander leaves with 1 green chilli and little salt into a smooth paste.

Put butter/olive oil in a pan. Add cumin seed, cinnamon, cloves and onion saute for a min, then add garlic and fry for another 2 min. Add all the veggies and coriander powder and fry for a min. Add the soaked rice add little water and cover the lid. Let it simmer for 5 min. Then add the coriander paste, salt and pepper powder with water. Cover and cook on low flame for 15 min.
Switch off the gas and let it sit for another 10 min.
Serve hot.
