Chicken and Bacon Nuggets
600g boneless chicken tenderloins, breasts or thighs, cut into 3cm pieces 10 rashers streaky bacon, cut in half Homemade Tomato Sauce or storebought tomato sauce, to serve

Preheat oven to 220°C fanbake and line an oven tray with baking paper for easy clean-up.
Wrap bacon around each chicken piece and secure with toothpicks or skewers. Arrange in a single layer on prepared tray and bake until chicken is cooked through and bacon is starting to get crispy (12-15 minutes). Serve accompanied by tomato sauce.
