Annabel Langbein cheese flan Recipe

INGREDIENTS250 gr Cream Cheese500 gr flavored milk - flavored with lemon and orange zest, cinnamon too200 condensed milk or sugar white4 large eggs100 gr Sugar - For the caramel30 watter - For the caramel.

INGREDIENTS
250 gr Cream Cheese
500 gr flavored milk - flavored with lemon and orange zest, cinnamon too
200 condensed milk or sugar white
4 large eggs

100 gr Sugar - For the caramel
30 watter - For the caramel.
STEP 1
Preheart the oven to 180ºC
STEP 2
Boil the milk with citrics and cinnamon for aromatice. Set aside.
STEP 3
Mix all ingredients in a mixer
STEP 4
In a saucepan prepare to the caramel with de water and se sugar white, until the preparation take a brown color (160º)
STEP 5
Poor the caramel in a mould, and poor the flan mix
STEP 6
Bake tha bain marie until curd, about 40 minutes.

* We determine that has curdled, when the toothpick comes out dry
