40 baby cos / romaine lettuce leaves 24 Crostini 6 rashers crispy fried bacon or prosciutto about 30 shavings of fresh parmesan cut with a vegetable peeler Creamy Dressing 2 tbsp olive oil 5-6 anchovies, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, crushed ½ cup cream 2 tbsp lemon juice

Make Creamy Dressing by shaking together all the ingredients in a small jar. It will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days.
To serve, place lettuce, crostini and bacon on serving plates. Shave over parmesan and drizzle with dressing.
