Broccoli, Blue Cheese and Almond Tarts
100g broccoli florets 1 tbsp olive oil 60g blue cheese 2 tbsp chopped raw almonds 1 sheet flaky puff pastry

Very finely chop broccoli florets and mix with olive oil, blue cheese and chopped raw almonds. Cut 1 sheet flaky puff pastry into 8 rectangles (2 rows x 4 rows). Arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Divide broccoli mixture between pastry rectangles and bake at 200°C until puffed and golden (about 10-12 minutes). Makes 8.
