Hi,

I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and sugar is a major trigger, I am wanting to make pickles but all the recipes I have found on the web have sugar in them, natural sugars are also out, like dates, raisins,apples etc.  Any ideas?

Hi, I am diabetic n I use SPLENDA to replace sugar in equal measure in all my pickle recipes cooked cranberries too. I make pickles with all kinds veggies. Works great n tastes the same as if with sugar.
