I am going to Bangkok and Chang Mai for a few days on my return from Croatia in early December 2015.
I would like to do a Thai cooking class while I'm there.
Do you know of any reputable schools in either place please?

Have a great trip! The food is so delicious in Thailand.
Does anyone on the forum know of good cooking schools? Please share your experiences!
I've booked into the Chiang Mai Thai Farm cooking course.
It's on an organic farm 17km out of Chiang Mai city. I'll let you know how it goes.
On the home front, a big thank you for your fantastic recipes. We cook from your books several times a week, and always say a big "thank you Annabel" when we taste them. Last night was Chicken Coq au Vin Pies, yum! also made last night were Orange lightning cake and birdseed bars (lunch box favourite).
Only 13 sleeps to go before I leave for Europe, first stop Vienna, then Prague, Minsk, St Petersburg, London, then two months in Croatia. It's going to be a gastronomic feast.
This was an incredible class to go up against my last day in Bangkok. Enlistment and affirmation were simple and bearings to the meeting point were incredible.
I am currently working on a website
Nice post , The main advantage of non-formal education is it's flexibility and ability to adapt to individual people's current needs and the continual changes in society. ...Formal education tends to have a bias towards certain competencies and certain learning styles.
