400ml strong espresso coffee
¼ cup Kahlua, Grand Marnier, Amaretto or other liqueur of your choice
vanilla ice cream
Optional garnish: chopped candied nuts or fruits
Prepare 400ml strong espresso coffee. Stir in ¼ cup Kahlua, Grand Marnier, Amaretto or other liqueur of your choice. Scoop 4 servings of good-quality vanilla ice cream into serving bowls. Serve a small shot of the hot, boozy espresso on the side for each diner to pour over their ice cream.
