MICROPLANE GRATER/ZESTER
Designed and produced by Microplane, experts in fine tools, this is one of my favourite kitchen gadgets. The surgical steel blade is photo-etched with very sharp, fine teeth so it is perfect for creating thin wisps of hard cheese or chocolate, ideal for toppings. Comfortable and lightweight, it makes grating ginger, garlic or coconut a breeze and it zests lemons in an instant.

CARE AND CLEANING
Dishwasher safe
Rinse your grater in warm water immediately after each use. Remove particles stuck in the blade from the back side of the grater whenever possible. To remove stubborn particles from the front, soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush and stroke in the same direction as the teeth.
Store with blade covered when not in use
