With the days lengthening and the first fragrant spring blossom on the
trees, I begin to crave lighter tastes – food that is fresh, bright and
revitalising. I’m well over winter’s stodge and have a hankering for the
zesty taste of lemons and limes and soft aromatic herbs. I want dinners
that bring out the best in the new season’s harvest and fresh flavours
